Process and Outcome

Process

  1. Student Identification
    Identifies school and college students from every Hatti who need academic support, career guidance, motivation, or higher education counselling.
  2. Mentor Registration
    Invite teachers, professors, professionals, alumni, government officers, entrepreneurs, and college students to register as mentors.
  3. Student–Mentor Mapping
    Match students with suitable mentors based on their class, subject needs, career interest, language comfort, and future goals.
  4. Monthly Mentoring Sessions
    Conduct regular online or offline mentoring sessions on education, study habits, career planning, communication skills, scholarships, and personal development.
  5. Career and Higher Education Guidance
    Guide students about college admission, professional courses, scholarships, competitive exams, government jobs, private jobs, and skill-based careers.
  6. Progress Monitoring
    Review student progress every month through feedback from students, parents, teachers, and mentors.
  7. Recognition and Motivation
    Recognize active mentors and improved students through certificates, appreciation posts, and community events.
