The Baduga Community Hospital & Welfare Centre will work beyond regular hospital treatment by creating a strong community healthcare and welfare support system for every Hatti and every Baduga family.
The centre will focus not only on treating illness, but also on preventing disease, supporting families during emergencies, creating health awareness, and ensuring care with dignity and compassion.
The main aim of this initiative is to ensure that no Baduga family is left without care, support, guidance, and dignity during health difficulties.
A hospital alone cannot solve all community health challenges. Many families need timely medical guidance, emergency referral support, medicine assistance, blood donation help, insurance support, counselling, elderly care, and health awareness programs. Therefore, the proposed centre will function as both a healthcare institution and a community welfare platform.
Regular health camps will be organized in different Hattis to bring healthcare closer to the people. These camps can include general check-ups, BP and sugar screening, eye care, dental care, women’s health screening, child health check-ups, elderly care, and lifestyle disease awareness.
This will help identify health issues early, reduce future medical risks, and create a preventive healthcare culture within the community.
A trained youth volunteer team can be created from every Hatti. Volunteers can support health camps, blood donation drives, emergency coordination, elderly care visits, digital registration, awareness programs, and patient guidance.
This will also build responsibility, leadership, service-mindedness, and unity among young people.
Prevention is better than treatment. The welfare centre will conduct awareness programs on diabetes, BP, heart health, cancer awareness, nutrition, hygiene, sanitation, addiction prevention, first aid, women’s health, child health, and elderly care.
Regular awareness programs will help families make better health decisions and reduce avoidable health complications.
The Community Welfare Plan will create a safety network for every Baduga family. It will reduce emergency delays, improve health awareness, support poor families, protect elderly people, empower women and children, guide youth, and build unity among Hattis.
This initiative will make the Baduga Community Hospital & Welfare Centre a symbol of care, compassion, responsibility, and community strength.
